 Travel to off-campus clinical rotations

Students are required to travel to off-campus clinical education experiences. Therefore, students should be prepared to provide their own transportation, housing accommodations, and other living expenses during these clinical affiliations. Please note that all students must go out of state for at least one clinical education experience. Students should begin planning accordingly early in academic program.

Withdrawal/tuition refunds

Please note that the Doctor of Physical Therapy program is designed to be sequential. All entering cohorts will move through the lock-step curriculum together. Students are not allowed to withdraw from a single class without withdrawing from the entire program. When a student becomes interested in withdrawing from the program, the UMMC Catalog provides details regarding the withdrawal policy and related tuition refunds. Additionally, withdrawal dates are highlighted on the UMMC Academic Calendar.
